Alba Advisory advises the CEO of Mabboux Parcs & Jardins on its merger with Spie Batignolles Paysage

Taken over in 2012 by Sylvain MABBOUX, this family-owned company founded in 1975 is a benchmark player in the creation and maintenance of green spaces in the Mont-Blanc massif. With a team of 20 permanent employees, the company positions itself in a premium market segment with a strong identity in the creation of “alpine gardens” for an affluent and demanding clientele (luxury chalets / hotels).

MABBOUX PARCS & JARDINS is a highly regarded local player, active in Haute-Savoie, mainly in the Megève, Chamonix, Combloux, Saint-Gervais and Sallanches areas. Specializing in the creation of green spaces, the company offers a wide range of services including maintenance work (mowing, pruning, felling), joinery, landscape masonry and snow removal. It generates around €4M in revenue.

Advised by ALBA ADVISORY, Sylvain MABBOUX chose to align with SPIE BATIGNOLLES PAYSAGE in order to enable the company to continue its growth, sustain its local presence and initiate regional development. He will continue to support the company’s future development within the Group.

A wholly owned subsidiary of the SPIE BATIGNOLLES Group, SPIE BATIGNOLLES PAYSAGE is the division dedicated to outdoor and landscape works. With 550 employees, the entity operates across 18 branches in Normandy, Ile-de-France, Brittany - Pays de Loire, Provence and Occitanie. With this acquisition, it strengthens its national presence and its high-end expertise.
