Alba Advisory advises the CEO of Cmultiserv on its merger with the Batisante Group

Founded in 2009 by Cyril MARCER, CMULTISERV has established itself as a benchmark player in multi-site Facility Management in France. With a team of nearly 80 employees, the Company offers a wide range of maintenance services to its B2B clients, in sectors such as retail, mass distribution and industry.

CMULTISERV provides both corrective and preventive maintenance services across all second-fix trades (plumbing, electrical work, locksmithing, joinery, minor works). Thanks to a powerful network of more than 2,000 supplier partners, the company manages more than 90,000 sites across France and generates around €16M in revenue.

Advised by ALBA ADVISORY, Cyril Marcer (founding shareholder of CMULTISERV) decided to align with the BATISANTE Group in order to enable the company to continue its strong growth, notably by strengthening its service offering in the historical trades of its new shareholder.

A merger within our trades is essential, provided that each party retains its skills. The main objective is the satisfaction and responsiveness in meeting our clients’ requests. This merger with the BATISANTE Group, with whom we share common values and a common vision of service, will allow us to strengthen our leadership position in multi-site facility management, with a far greater reach. It will also be an opportunity to increase our responsiveness to quotation, intervention, emergency and/or on-call requests, giving our clients greater control over costs. The story continues; a new chapter is being written for CMULTISERV.
