Alba Advisory advises the shareholders of Ici-dev (cadastre.com) on its merger with the Septeo Group

The Septeo Group, a European publisher of business software, and the Montpellier-based company Ici-dev, publisher of the cadastre.com solution dedicated to land visualization and real-estate prospecting, announce their merger. Under the terms of the transaction, Septeo acquires the entire capital of Ici-dev and strengthens its proptech division.

This merger, carried out in the wake of the acquisition of the Paris-based Inch, brings together Ici-dev’s technological expertise and the industrial strength of the Septeo Group, in a real-estate market where data and targeted prospecting are becoming decisive competitive advantages.

Cadastre.com: land visualization for real-estate professionals

Founded seven years ago by Olivier Nicolas and Gauthier Bramardi, majority shareholders alongside managers Guillaume Bourderye, Lucas Foulon and Guillaume Gill, Ici-dev develops with cadastre.com a suite for interactive visualization of cadastral parcels. The solution provides immediate access to energy performance diagnostics (DPE) and sales history (DVF), and includes modules to help organize prospecting.

The platform counts among its clients around thirty networks of real-estate agents, including Fnaim and Safti. Employing around ten people, the company generates between €1M and €2M in revenue.

An integration at the heart of the Modelo ecosystem

With this acquisition, Cadastre.com strengthens the Modelo offering, the Septeo Group’s real-estate suite. The solution now forms its land-visualization and prospecting building block, completing a value chain that runs from property search to mandate management.
