Personal Data Processing Policy

The following provisions concern all personal data processing carried out by the data controller, unless otherwise stated in the specific provisions.

The data controller declares that it processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) and with French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties (as amended).

Our clients' confidential data is used solely by Alba Advisory and its contracted partners. Under no circumstances will Alba Advisory transmit any personal information relating to our clients to a third-party service or any other company outside of these agreements.

2 — Specific provisions
The following provisions are specific to each type of personal data processing.
▸ Managing relationships with our contacts, prospects and clients
No personal data is processed. – We only process the following professional data: title, first name, last name, telephone details, email address, postal address.
Purposes – The processing of personal data is intended for managing relationships with our contacts and prospects. In particular, this processing aims to provide the data subject with information about our organization's news, our products and our services.
▸ Use of Google Analytics
Personal data processed – Google processes the data mentioned in its privacy policy (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en / https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en#infocollect). This data notably includes the IP address of the devices used to browse the site.
Purposes – This processing is used for the purposes of analyzing and statistically studying the use of our site.
Legal basis – The processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests we pursue, consisting of improving and optimizing our website for the benefit of users. It is based on article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The request for data is contractual in nature. The data subject is not required to provide this data and may object to its processing at any time.
